The hotel provides a decent budget-friendly stay with clean and comfortable rooms. While the staff was helpful and the amenities met our basic needs, the building itself definitely shows its age, and the breakfast options weren’t exceptional. The pool area was a fun extra for the kids, making our stay more enjoyable.

I stayed at this hotel for a visit to the Mayo Clinic, and overall, it was a nice experience. The property is well-maintained and even has a special rate for clinic visitors. The only downside was a slow drain in the tub. The hotel was very accommodating to us and our two dogs, providing a pet walk area. However, the experience was marred slightly by some minor issues with our room amenities.

I had a pleasant one-night stay at the GuestHouse Inn, which was both clean and affordable, perfect for my quick visit. The staff were genuinely helpful, making my check-in smooth and offering assistance with my documents. The amenities, like the attached restaurant and snacks available at all hours, added to the convenience. However, the mattress in my room was a bit worn, and it might benefit from an update in the furnishings.
